BOAT INFORMATION

Mainship is well known for building solid, quality boats and the Mediterranean 41 is no exception. The sedan bridge layout provides an enclosed large upper flybridge area with lots of built-in seating. The aft deck is also enclosed and provides additional outdoor seating in close proximity to the Salon.

This is an excellent yacht for a live aboard and shows pride of ownership. The yacht has been updated throughout. The updates have been performed in a very professional manner and 504 sq ft of living and entertainment space (342 interior/162 exterior) make this a very roomy vessel!

Beautiful, contemporary design interior, bright open salon, lots of windows, and European design exterior lines. This is 2 stateroom, one head layout. Two Marine Air reverse heat and air conditioning units, Electric built in fireplace, and Central vac complete the luxury accommodations.

 

ACCOMMODATIONS

Salon
Enter from large fully enclosed aft deck to the large sliding glass door providing access to the very modern salon complete with tasteful decor. To starboard is a new modern L-shape sofa that has storage and converts to queen size berth. To port is a large screen TV, decorative console and the electrical panel for the vessel along and another settee with a dining table. Note the new carpeting and flooring!
Galley
Forward to starboard is the fully equipped galley. The cooking area is complete with an under the counter Sub-Zero fridge and second Sub-Zero freezer w/ ice maker, Sub Zero convection oven, Kenyon euro stove, New vinyl flooring 1/4/2019, New hardware 1/4/2019, and a pull down spray faucet. There is also generous counter space, pantry space and a large dining table to port.
Master Stateroom
The roomy master stateroom is forward and provides a comfortable island queen bed. Privacy doors, hanging locker and drawers provide plenty of storage space for those extended trips and live-aboards. Separate reverse cycle air conditioning/heat allows a comfortable environment for sleeping in.
Master Bathroom
Enter the bathroom on the Port side of the hallway and enjoy the remodeled interior complete with a stand alone walk in shower, stainless steel sink with a new faucet and hardware (2019), new Italian Tecma Silent flush freshwater head/plumbing (2019), Sanx One sanitation treatment system and a holding tank monitor
Second Stateroom
Starboard side of the hallway is the second stateroom which includes a single berth and built in cabinet.
Bridge
The huge bridge has room to seat up to 10 people and can be totally enclosed, with very nice newer canvas and Eisenglass enclosure.

The engines are accessed from the salon and there is plenty of room for easy engine checks and routine maintenance. This boat has been regularly run and maintained to insure that this boat is ready to continue its active life on the water.

This vessel is equipped with two reliable fuel efficient gas Crusader XL 454 engines that burn less than 5 gallons (combined) per hour at 1200 rpm (aprox 6-7 knots, depending on conditions) The engine room and lazarette are clean, neatly organized and dry.
