BOAT INFORMATION

ELYSIUM is a meticulously maintained 39′ vessel. The current owner has put in $24,000 worth of upgrades in past 3.5 years. Some of which include the over-sized whisker-pole, doubling as Spinnaker pole, jibe preventer system, expanded battery and solar array, 500 amp “combiner” for emergency engine start, ocean-series hatches, custom mattress for the forward berth and new drapes.

Additional upgrades are the electric Harken 46.2 two direction primary winches, an asymmetrical sail, 90 degree headsail and 112 degree headsail. The last bottom paint was in July 2019 with 2 coats of 66-micron.

ELYSIUM is turnkey and ready to make new memories with its new owner(s).

 

ACCOMODATIONS

The two cabin layout offers 2 berths, the aft being king sized. The v-berth has a large double berth with stowage underneath and two hanging lockers. Above the bed is a hatch that opens to the foredeck.

In salon there is a u shaped dinette to starboard with settee berth and chart table opposite. The chart table slides fore and aft to allow for extra seating down. In the center of the salon is a hatch that opens to the deck. Aft of the salon is the galley on the starboard side which has a like new, two burner, gimbal gas cooker with oven. In-between the double stainless steel sink and stove is a deep refrigerator with bins.

Across from the galley on the port side is the head which contains a vacuflush electric head, roomy separate shower and vanity sink. Behind the shower is a large sail locker with bins for spare parts and tools.

The cockpit contains a wooden folding leaf table, cockpit cushions, dodger, collapsible bimini, emergency tiller and bilge pump. There are 4 storage lockers across the cockpit and transom. On the transom is a hot/cold washdown.
