BOAT INFORMATION

Walking up to the yacht you can enter on either the port or starboard side through wing doors that lead into the sundeck. The yacht also features a sliding door on the starboard side adjacent to the lower helm station. the yacht has spacious walk around side decks.
The sundeck area area is fully enclosed in eisenglass.. There is also a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator in the sundeck. The davits for the dingy are located on the transom and are accessed from the sundeck. Up three steps to the enclosed flying bridge with EZ2CY glass.
Three steps down from the sundeck is the spacious main salon. Forward in the main salon is a breakfast bar that overlooks the galley. The galley is three steps down from the main salon and it features newly upgraded appliances and Silestone counters. This is a truly gourmet galley.
The owner’s stateroom is aft from the salon and features an island queen bed and ample hanging and drawer storage. The owner’s stateroom has an ensuite head with a bath tub and shower. The VIP stateroom is forward of the galley with a large double bed and en-suite head and a separate stall shower.
The engine room is clean and tidy with ample room to access the engines and generator.

 

SALON

The spacious salon is well lit with large side windows on both sides and forward

The masters’ stateroom features an island queen size berth bed with two settees on port and starboard. There are two hanging lockers in the stateroom and ample drawer storage.

The head is a Lectra San sewage treatment system. The head features a bath tub/shower combo. There is also a Washer Dryer in a locker in the master stateroom.

The fore deck and side decks on the yacht is all fiberglass non-skid with no teak decks to maintain. The walking decks port and starboard are ample to walk forward to the foredeck area.

The Sundeck is spacious with a dining table and teak chairs. The area is enclosed and protected from the weather by eisenglass and plexiglass wing doors. There is also a wet bar and refrigerator on the aft deck.

The flying bridge is fully enclosed with EZ2CT poly carbonate windows that make this area an summer / winter pilot station. Enjoy additional seating/lounging while staying dry during the winter months.

The yacht has two 30 amp 125 VAC receptacles, one for the house and one for the A/C system. The 12 VDC side of the panel is very well laid out and the wiring is clearly marked.
