The Bayliner 3988 has an evolutionary design featuring a lower bow profile for improved visibility from the inside helm, and a popular “up” galley. Her comfortable two stateroom, two head layout, includes a master forward with queen island berth and an ensuite head with separate shower stall/tub. The Guest stateroom is amidships to port, and features a large double berth with guest head and shower. The salon provides a comfortable setting with plenty of seating on two separate levels.
The lower helm and galley are forward to starboard with a Dinette to port. A second L-shaped settee is aft to port. This sedan style opens up into an aft cockpit with walk through transom and integral swim platform. From the cockpit, there is easy access to the flybridge ladder and to the engine room
