BOAT INFORMATION

Nordlund Boat Company (Est. 1963) is one of America’s oldest family-owned builders still creating, repairing and refitting boats today in Tacoma, WA ( https://www.nordlundboat.com/yachts.html).

TANGO is a custom Ed Monk designed, hand-laid fiberglass, airex-cored hull, one of only two Nordlund builds in 1978. Original Edwin Monk & Son architectural plans are on board, along with maintenance records and invoices.

A three-owner boat, TANGO, was reunited with the original owner’s family and received an extensive soft goods refit in 2009-2013 which still looks great today.

Some features that make TANGO a terrific liveaboard or cruiser:

  • easy on-off the boat with one step
  • light-filled saloon with galley, expandable dining table, and walkout aft cockpit
  • expansive pilothouse with high-low table, queen sofa, hidden 40″ 4K HDTV on a lift
  • Europa design with walk-around deck simplifies docking
  • great tankage: 395 gal water, 70 gal holding, 930 gal fuel (aluminum)

The Cummins triple nickel engines have uncommonly low hours and have just been serviced.

TANGO offers an exceptional combination of custom pedigree, character, and uncommon layout/livability.

Please contact me at your earliest convenience to make an appointment to see this unique, beautiful boat, while she’s still available.
