ACCOMMODATIONS
Entering the saloon from the aft cockpit you will find an L-shaped settee to starboard and the beautiful standard Grand Banks drop-leaf table in the center. Opposite to port is a long straight settee that converts to a double berth. Forward to port is the galley with stainless steel sink, pressure hot/cold water, 3-burner propane stove with oven, refrigerator, and ample storage.
Helm is to starboard with all controls and electrical panels, upholstered seat and more storage behind. Saloon is entirely finished in old-growth golden Burmese teak. Custom aluminum mini blinds on all side and aft cabin windows disappear completely when raised and adjust as needed for privacy and sun protection. Complete absence of stains on overhead and under windows proves this boat has no rain leaks!

Down the steps forward is the master stateroom with large V-berth, V-berth insert, custom fitted sheets, very large lighted storage closet, heater vent (via engine heat), large custom teak bookshelf, and access to the head. The head includes sink, shower with automatic overboard drain pump, holding tank monitor display, and electric fresh-water head.

DECK AND HULL

The capacious aft cockpit is the hub that affords easy access into the saloon, the fly bridge, the swim step, and the bow. Wide side decks and deep bulwarks allow easy and safe access all around the boat. There is a huge lazarette under the aft cockpit. Boarding ladder on swimstep is deployable from the water.

The aft cockpit is protected by a high quality Bimini with stainless steel framing. It features hot and cold water with shower connection, fresh water washdown connection, 30 amp SmartPlug shore power connection, LifeSling MOB retrieval system, and 12-volt connection.

The fly bridge also has a stainless steel framed Bimini, back to back seating for 8 with propane tank and PFD storage below, 12-volt connection, seat cushions, 2 throw rings, weather cloths, and a helm with excellent visibility in all directions. Instruments include engine controls, VHF radio, depth sounder (not functional), autopilot control, anchor windlass control, iPad with Raycontrol, etc.

Other canvas includes full rail covers, fly bridge helm and seat cover, transom cover, fly bridge name board/nav light covers, insect screen cover for main saloon door, V-berth hatch cover, and front windshield covers.

The bow pulpit features 30 amp SmartPlug shore power connection, double anchor rollers, a strong and reliable Lofrans Tigris electric windlass (with up/down foot switches) with chain gypsy on one side and rope gypsy on the other side.

Main Anchor: 35 pound Lewmar Delta FastSet anchor with 150 feet of 5/16” galvanized chain plus 100 feet of 5/8” rope, secured at bitter end.
Secondary Anchor: 25 pound Danforth 1600 with 25 feet of 5/16” galvanized chain and 180 feet of 5/8” rope rode, secured at bitter end.
Teak swim platform is equipped with a folding boarding ladder (deployable from the water) and 2 Weaver Davit clips for easy attachment of inflatable dinghy.
