 BOAT INFORMATION

POQUITO has been well maintained and loved by her current owners for 15 years. It would be difficult to find another boat in as good shape for the age. Having been loved by just two owners means you must see to appreciate!

The Grand Banks 32 Sedan is the perfect boat for a cruising couple. She is easy to handle and comfortable in the face of big winds and chop. Her classic trawler profile, high quality construction and teak interior make the Grand Banks 32 one of the best selling designs in the class.

Exterior:

The Grand Banks 32 shows quality from stem to stern. POQUITO has beautifully maintained teak rails and trim that has recently been re-touched. She has a full-length skeg to protect the underwater gear. Hard aft chines provide a stable ride. Wide walk-around decks and tall handrails offer easy and safe line handling. The beautiful teak handrails, cap rails and trim show pride of ownership in POQUITO. Full covers keep the teak shining.

Entrance from the swim platform is through a transom door. The transom is a work of art with the name POQUITO in carved teak. The teak deck is recently refinished in very good condition. The back deck has comfortable room for deck chairs. You enter the main cabin through the full size cockpit door.

The flybridge is accessed via a teak ladder on the port side of the cockpit, which like the rest of the deck is overlaid with refinished teak. There are two back-to-back seats with cushions, providing room for six. There is a mast which is set on a hinged bracket to allow for trailering. The boom can be used to lift the dinghy into the water or to set a steadying sail to keep the boat head-to-wind in an anchorage.

Accommodations:

As you enter the main cabin through the full size cockpit door the first thing you notice is the beautiful teak cabinetry and the teak parquet sole in the salon. There is an L-shaped settee to starboard. The settee to port converts to a slide-out double berth. Fabric on settees is in very good condition. The galley is forward on the port side with ample counter space and storage for cruising. There is an under-counter AC/DC fridge, stainless steel sink, a large oven and 3 burner electric stove.

The lower helm across from the galley has great visibility. The cabin is forward and down 3 steps. The V berth bed with infill is the length of a king size bed with drawer storage below. A double hanging locker and full headroom make this a comfortable cruiser. The head is to starboard, with vanity and hand held shower that drains through teak grating to a sump pump.
